The pallet wood serves as a bearing surface for the spindle feet of the GT-MTB and the matching outrigger GT-MTB/OUT.
By underpinning with embedded spindle foot the amount of friction coefficients increases and the associated ballast can be reduced. The underside is covered with a non-slip screenprinted coating.
The dimensions of the GT-MTB/PALL are chosen to be able to lay out 6 pieces in a EURO grid box.
